Acoustical Tile Access Door
Access door shall be fabricated from 16 gauge and frame from 12 gauge, galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish. The door shall be recessed 0.625 inches (15.88 mm) to accept acoustical tile or gypsum board. Hinge shall be concealed type. Latch shall be screwdriver operated.
A popular option includes Galvanized Drywall Bead; specify Option -GB.
