Exterior Door for Walls and Ceilings
Access door frame shall be fabricated from 16 gauge galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish and provided with bolt holes. Access door panel shall be fabricated from 16 gauge galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish. The door shall be filled with 1 inch (25.4 mm) thick, rigid foam insulation. The access door shall have a concealed hinge with a dual-purpose latch. Exterior latching shall be flush with the door and operated by either a knurled knob or flush key. Finish shall be prime coat suitable for painting.
